Progress upon our Author's Case in Federal District Court in Nashville, TN proceeds, but slowly. John Crandall, Author of "Down and Out in the Tennessee Hills" has, as our earlier Press Releases have mentioned filed Suit against the United States for violations of Our Rights as Americans to Life, Liberty, and Property. violations which clearly amount to bad Government. Such crimes against Our Rights can not possibly be called Good Government, and Good Government is something Americans  have a Right to under the Law.

The U.S. Attorney in this Case filed a Motion for Dismissal on the basis of the "Sovereignty" of the United States, and other recent Federal Precedents, a Dismissal that was granted. Mr. Crandall was angry, and told me that the true Sovereinty of the United States rests only upon the Consent of the Governed, We the People. Popular Sovereignty being disregarded by the Federal Courts is disturbing, and could rationally be interpreted as a Tyrannous Usurpation of the Sovereignty of We the People of this Free Nation. A Sovereignty justly gained by the Blood of the Minutemen in 1776 on the Battlefields of the Revolution.

Fearing the Courts interpretations of his rhetoric, Mr. Crandall filed a Motion to Reconsider in the simplest language possible. A Motion that was granted. Then, Mr. Crandall Motioned to make Oral Argument before the Court, a motion as simply phrased as its immediate predecessor. Mr. Crandall awaits a response from the Court.

Mr. Crandall's case focuses, like the Obamacare Case, upon forced purchase of Insurance, but also upon many other issues from Privacy against the patriot Act, Objections to Certification Processes badly dmaging the value of a Master's Degree as a Teaching Credential, Seatbelt Laws infringing upon Freedom, to the Issue of an Open Bar, and more.

Mr. Crandall says that himself and his Fellow Americans are violated by Stautes arising via the Federal Will in their Rights to Life, Liberty, Property, Contract, Privacy, Virtuous Representaion, Equality, Equity, Fairness, Travel, an Open Bar, Justice, and Good Government. And, this is not a comprehensive list.
