Rich Keys LLC Rejects Final Merger With Global Holdings, Inc.

March 30, 2012 - PRLog -- RichKeys LLC has rejected the merger with Global Holdings, Inc.  due to non-performance of Global Holdings’ executive management and undisclosed documentation.

RickKeys President Richard Davis stated, "After completing final due diligence on Global Holdings and its management it was evident to our Company there wasn't enough transparency within the disclosure documents and previous decisions by prior management.  Due to these findings, we decided it is not in the best interest to Rich Keys and shareholders to continue the completion of the merger.  Rich Keys has made new developments and will continue operations as planned as we seek alternatives in the public market.”
