Both current customers and future prospects came to the stand to see the exhibition of both the Sunteams and the Solartec ranges including the 2500w and 3600w manufactured specifically with the UK market in mind. Both these models and the rest of the range proved popular with visitors. Although Sunteams is established in the UK, this was the first time that the Solartec range had been exhibited.
“We’ve had visitors from all over the UK” said Alice Zheng, a KLNE sales executive. “The amount of traffic and the interest shown in both the ranges has been excellent. We have already taken some orders and I’m sure there will be more to come.”
Although the show traffic was pre-dominantly British, there was also a sizable contingent of interested parties from Europe attending show. “Because our units are certified for use all across Europe we had some excellent enquiries from abroad” said Antoine Bolly from KLNE.
KLNE distributor Trilight handles sales and after-sales service nationwide and this has proved useful for both KLNE and customers. They have the confidence that although the units are manufactured in China, there is a local number to call and a quick response to any potential problems. Trilight holds a stock of units specifically for replacement in case of any problems.
