A unique and innovative housing and supportive service residence has opened in Downtown Las Vegas. The Veteran’s Village is dedicated to the creation of an environment that is home to United States Veterans. This is an innovative approach to holistic and comprehensive housing with support services. Public and private collaborative partnerships have been created to provide services to residents including housing, nutritional programs, exercise training, medical services, mental health counseling, 12 step program access, specialized activities and special events.
“We are honored to be in partnership with the Las Vegas Urban League and other local specialized support service partners to provide safe and decent housing to our United States Veterans. We need to take care of our Veteran’s here in Las Vegas and across the United States who have served our country and have given so much back so that we can enjoy our freedom” according to Arnold Stalk, Co-founder, Veteran’s Village.
