PanAmerica Corporate Center, Buildings 9080 and 9090 Completed

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 29, 2012 - International Design firm Ware Malcomb (www.waremalcomb.com) is proud to announce that design and construction have been completed for PanAmerica Corporate Center, Buildings  9080 and 9090, located within Panama Pacifico (www.panamapacifico.com), in Panama. The project is located with close proximity to the Pan-American Highway and the Panama Canal and is being developed by London & Regional Panama.  

Ware Malcomb’s Latin America Studio, based in Panama designed these two speculative industrial buildings.   Building 9080 is a multi tenant warehouse building totaling 11,548 m2 (124,306 SF) and includes 7.3m clear height, grade-level and dock high doors, and extensive skylights and ventilations louvers. Building 9090 is also a multi tenant warehouse building totaling 19,046m2 (205,014 SF)  and includes 8.0m clear height, grade level and dock high doors, as well as extensive skylights and ventilation louvers. In addition to this project, Ware Malcomb has also provided master planning, architectural, site development and interior design services for the 90-hectare logistics, multi-modal, business and distribution park.   For more information, visit www.panamapacifico.com/warehouses.

Panama Pacifico’s International Business Park (IBP) and PanAmerican Corporate Center (PCC) are part of a new mixed use community, surrounded by forest and incorporating extensive green spaces.  It includes a variety of office, industrial, and warehouse parks master planned by Ware Malcomb, along with residential units for all levels, restaurants, retail, recreation and other amenities.
