Learn How Common Mistakes Can Cost Your Company Venture Capital

March 29, 2012 - PRLog -- PRINCETON, N.J. – On April 4, the New Jersey Entrepreneurial Network (NJEN), a non-profit organization providing educational and informational services to entrepreneurs and investors, will host “How NOT to Attract a Venture Capitalist” from noon to 3 p.m. at the Princeton Marriott Hotel and Conference Center at Forrestal in Princeton, N.J. The event will highlight common mistakes made by companies seeking investment and offer tips on how to avoid them.

During the event, a panel of New Jersey’s leading venture capitalists will share what makes or breaks an investment opportunity based on their own experiences. Panelists will include Brett Topche, principal of MentorTech Ventures; Nate Lentz, managing partner of Osage Venture Partners; Donna Usiskin, principal of Edison Ventures; and Tom Vander Schaaff, partner at Edison Ventures.
