All group training participants receive the same high level of service as Hillcliff’s 1-2-1 clients. A full fitness and postural assessment, medical screening and nutritional analysis are carried out. Each individual’s goals, fitness history and requirements are discussed so they can tailor a group program accordingly. Group sizes can range from 2-6 people.
