Cincy Chic Hosts 3rd Annual 'Night In White'

Who says you can't wear white before Memorial Day? Thanks to Cincy Chic, wearing white on April 20 will not only be fashionable, but also philanthropic.

CINCINNATI, OHIO—March 20, 2012—Cincy Chic, the only online lifestyle publication for women in Greater Cincinnati, will host its third annual "Night in White" event April 20 from 7:30-11pm at Krombholz Jewelers in Montgomery.

This fun and fabulous event features specialty cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, live music, a fashion show, silent auction and a gemstone raffle. All proceeds from ticket sales, auctions and raffles will benefit The Eight Days & One Hour Foundation’s Stephen Jason Morsch Nursing Scholarship. This foundation and nursing scholarship was founded by Steven Smith and his family after they lost a child, Stephen Morsch, only eight days and one hour after birth.

"The nurses - who displayed such care, compassion and kindness during our time of need - have become an important part of our family’s life. As such, we plan to build on the success of the scholarship program for many years in the future," says Smith. "Our friends at Cincy Chic and Krombholz Jewelers have been so easy to work with and have each gone the extra mile to make this annual fundraiser a success. I think they truly understand how important this is to our family and for future nursing students."

The Night in White event will take place at Krombholz Jewelers, located at 9399 Shelly Lane. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online at www.cincychic.com/events. Day-of tickets, if still available, will be $15 a person. Dress is "white cocktail chic" with a piece of statement jewelry.
