The “Gremlin Burger” is named after the NBC show’s Grey Team, comprised of Tuscaloosa, Alabama native Iris Hill, and Cleveland, Mississippi native, Terrence Terrell, who call themselves “The Southern Gremlins”.
“Southern Gremlins is a name we call ourselves, to remind us, that in spite of any hardship we face, because we were raised in the South, we can be fearless in the face of challenges and overcome anything,” said Hill.
According to Rachel’z owner, and grey team supporter, Anthony Foster, Sr., the burger is a seven ounce, certified angus ground chuck patty; basted with mystery sauce, and topped with cheddar cheese and pineapple.
In response to Rachel’z announcement on Twitter, Terrell tweeted: “Wow! . . . This burger is gonna be off the chain!”
