This year, in honor of its 60th Anniversary, the Parade will feature a distinctive nod to its 1952 birthday by featuring the crisp elegance of mid-century design and the best of the era: welcoming homes that celebrate the American Dream. Parade guests can tour 12 spectacular homes designed and constructed by a dozen of the area's top builders. Each home showcases the most exciting designs, with each room boasting modern furnishings and the latest in home technology.
The BIA Parade of Homes has been exciting prospective home buyers, builders and fans for six decades, with the very first tour taking place in 1952. The Parade typically draws as many as 40,000 visitors each year. Given the up tick in the housing market, even more are expected in 2012. Despite the fact that the Parade is still months away, one of the 12 homes has already been sold.

Tickets: Tickets are just $12 for adults and children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Guests parking is $2 per vehicle. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted with ID. Directions to the Parade: From I-270, take U.S. 23 North for approximately 6 miles. Turn right (east) onto Lewis Center Rd. Continue on Lewis Center Rd., crossing the railroad tracks. The Meadows at Lewis Center will be on the left (north) side of Lewis Center Rd.
