The teaching naturally comes to Yondel, she has her B.A in Education and English from Syracuse University and she often says, "I am a teacher by trade and wig designer by passion. I have been blessed with the opportunity to have created a business doing two things I love."

How it all started? It started three years ago when Yondel was out of college and couldn't find a job she started building her business. Then when she was later faced with a lay off she realized its time to turn my business to a reality. With each career hardship she faces the stronger the business grows. That's definitely a sign. Facing yet another layoff, Yondel has decided to open up shop. She makes it clear that people understand its not a shop you have to come in and have it custom made or order a stock piece.

On top of selling crowns, Yondel teaches stylists how to create them by teaching courses at the design studio.

What the future holds for Yondel? She plans on bringing Miami and NYC to CT. "Its time CT step up their beauty industry instead of talking about it - I had to act on it. I plan to bring Queens of Wigs into local CT high end salons. I plan to train stylist on correct wig applications and so much more. While doing this all I plan to have fun.  There's so much people who need this business its time they know I exist."
