PRLog (Press Release) -
Apr. 2, 2012 - Jim Tate, President of The Medical Travel Commission™, announced today that final preparations are being made for the notification of the initial recipients of the prestigious 2012 Medical Travel Commission™ Certification. "The certification is only awarded to those hospitals that have successfully met 100% of our stringent criteria", Tate said. "Our criteria was developed and vetted by experts in certification process, global healthcare delivery, patient expectation, and patient support. Our certification process was created and validated by one of the foremost certification program directors in the US and is backed by an Advisory Board with expertise in healthcare delivery, medical records, and security and privacy. Prior to finalizing the criteria, we made onsite visits to premier hospitals that provide care at the highest level to International Patients. Only hospitals that are able to demonstrate total commitment and extensive experience in meeting the special needs of International Patients will be able to achieve our certification.”
