Have you stopped by the website for The Woods recently? If not, now would be a great time to check it out. The site recently underwent a redesign, which streamlined the navigation and made searching and locating items more simple.
To find a specific item, you can type into the search bar, and click “Go.” To browse, just click on a category under the “Categories”
section on the left side of the page. When you find a product you like, click the “Buy” button on the product description page and it is instantly added to your shopping cart. The cart follows you from page to page around the site, displaying your order total on the right side of the navigation bar.
“We’re very happy with the redesign,” said David Looney, owner of The Woods. “We feel that customers will find the site easier to get around, and they’ll have an easier time finding the products they’re looking for.”
The new site also features a sign-up form for a newsletter The Woods will be launching, and more prominently displays links to social media accounts, as well as the Woody’s World blog.
As always, The Woods will feature a wide variety of handmade gifts and other popular items, such as WoodWick Candles, gourmet soup mixes from Maggie and Mary’s, and bath & body products from The Thymes, Ltd.
The Woods teamed with WebDrafter.com, a Pennsylvania-
