The series focuses on increasing employee and overall organizational performance by providing participants the tools to hire right, communicate strategy, develop engagement programs and processes and create accountability.

Wanda Ladd, MBA, PHR, has more than 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Economics at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, and her MBA in Leadership and HR Management at the University of Colorado. Wanda is PHR certified and has completed the Business of HR Certificate Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While she has held roles in manufacturing, pharmaceutical and the financial services industries, her current role is Consultant at Ladd HR Strategy.
