The project, will utilize The Marque Group’s cross-platform system to branding to create a new business strategy for Procurement Services. They will focus of creating customizable programs, establishing a presence, targeting the current market and expanding the impact on the desired change. This partnership will assist the City in developing, implementing and launching a consistent uniform message for printed material, social media and outreach opportunities.
Portland, known as the “City of Roses” is located in the Pacific Northwest housed near the Willamette and Columbia rivers. Portland is listed also as the 23rd most populous city in the United States with nearly 2, 260,000 residents. Procurement Services is part of the Bureau of Internal Business Services within the Office of Management and Finance and resides within the Mayor’s portfolio of Bureaus.
The key components of this project will raise expectations and provide Procurement Services with clear solid messages that will be fully integrated throughout the organization. Monique T.
