The National Standards Authority of Ireland Names Members to Certification Oversight Committee

March 23, 2012 - PRLog -- The National Standards Authority of Ireland, Inc (NSAI) of Nashua, New Hampshire, has named five members of its Certification Oversight Committee (COC). This committee, which continues to operate separately from the NSAI, is charged with providing an independent overview of NSAI’s certification procedures to ensure their impartiality.  The next meeting of the COC is schedule for April 12, 2012.

“Our Certification Oversight Committee conducts a review of the impartiality of our audits, certification and decision making processes,” says Kevin Mullaney, President & CEO of NSAI, Inc. “Their findings will allow us to develop policies to maintain our impartiality and counter any commercial or other considerations that may influence our certifications approvals.”
