This is nothing to do with the current developers, but more so from the fact that it never actually got off the ground when it was launched around 5 years ago by the previous owners.
In July last year, Tulip Group and Park Plaza Hotels Europe purchased the site from the previous owners and decided to breathe brand new life in to this potentially iconic project, this firstly involved them deciding to refund all previous purchasers and “wipe the slate clean”
There simply isn’t another site available in Pattaya that can compare to this projects location, it is simply stunning, direct ocean front living, just minutes from walking street and will overlook the brand new marina and recreational area which is currently under construction by City Hall. Not to forget that it sits directly next to the famous neon “Pattaya” sign which will mean that when the project is complete it will be probably the most photographed building in Pattaya.
This iconic structure will rise to 50 stories and will offer 300 world class condominium units and a 100 Key Hotel and the entire project on completion will be managed by Park Plaza Hotels Europe on Completion.

So from this one can easily see that this is a powerhouse partner for Tulip Group and should give huge confidence to potential buyers as to the security of this project (and sales figures show that it has)
Despite some early negativity probably born from a little bit of jealously in some quarters the project is moving along extremely well as far as sales figures with over 200 rooms sold in just over 4 months, and with no actual official launch party and very little marketing material.
Construction is now officially underway and completion is slated for 2015.
