Smarty's 111,111th Order Is A Winner

The only catch was that the deal had to be approved by a minimum of 100 other Facebook fans. In a matter of hours, the deal reached 198 votes of approval and Jennifer Evans Laylock received a dream package consisting of $350.00 worth of partyware.
