The formal agreement kicks off April 1st just as the NYC spring tourism season begins. While the physical location of the visitor information carts will vary due to weather conditions, the carts primary focus will be on prime outdoor real estate placements. The mobile visitor information carts manned by Grand Central Partnership employees 9am-6pm are restocked daily and feature local NYC visitor information including attractions, tours, and Broadway show literature including brochures and magazines.
