Power Design recently started construction on Gables Park Plaza Tower, which will help continue to create new jobs and economic growth for the Austin area. It will be the latest Power Design project to start construction in Austin, joining Callaway House and 2400 Nueces.
“We are excited to work with Gables Residential and Andres Construction on this high quality, eco-friendly community,” said Lauren Permuy, vice president of business development.
The grand opening is scheduled for fall 2013 and will feature a sustainable design strategy to achieve LEED certification.
