Dr. Jenn Beatty Opens The Breast Place

March 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Dr. Jenn Beatty has opened The Breast Place in North Charleston, a surgical practice devoted to breast cancer research, treatment and education.  A respected general surgeon, Dr. Beatty received her medical degree from Kansas State University and completed her residency at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  She has also served in the U.S. Navy.  The only physician performing brachytherapy locally, Dr. Beatty has been in private practice in Charleston since 2005.
 The Breast Place is a medical facility devoted to the care of breast disease, both benign and malignant.  The philosophy is to both listen to and empower women, enabling them to make a fully-formed decision regarding their treatment options, and offer them complete knowledge for breast health. The goal is to serve as a central location for both patients and referring physicians as a source for education, diagnosis and treatment.
