J Pratt Footwear Will Participate in RAW ARTIST Contest

March 22, 2012 - PRLog -- J Pratt Footwear has announced that they will participate in the fast growing and increasingly popular RAW artist event on April 5th, 2012. The N.J. based company known for designing A-List and red carpet custom shoes has enrolled in RAW, an independent arts organization for artist by artist.  J Pratt has been informed by the organizers that they are the first footwear company to ever be included in the showcase.

RAW directors handpick every artist/designers to participate in the event in their home city. RAW currently operates in 32 cities and counting. RAW is a tremendous platform for inspiring artists/designers to showcase their talent as well as gain invaluable exposure, as local artist are spotlighted on the company website with profiles, videos and photographs. Viewers will be encouraged to vote on their favorite artist/designer during an amazing one night circus of creativity.

RAW caps off with an end of season (October) award show where a panel of judges and the nation-at-large vote for their top five favorite artists of the year. Voting continues as they move to narrow down to a winner in each city. The winners receive big career-boosting prizes like distribution, store placement and consultations with industry executives and professionals. It's truly an awesome event with performances and highlights from the RAW season.
