MARCH, 2012)  Trio on the Bay first opened its doors in April of 2011.  For the past year, Trio on the Bay has received outstanding reviews from many publications and online sites, including The Miami Herald, Urban Spoon, Yelp, TripAdvisor and Open Table. In addition, they have been consistently named as one of Miami’s Best Outdoor Restaurants with stunning views. Furthermore, from its inception, Trio on the Bay has hosted many corporate events, weddings and social gatherings, which have generated lasting memories for the hosts and guests alike.  

Most recently, Chef Brandon Whitestone, previously Chef de Cuisine at Chef Allen’s, joined their outstanding team as the Head Executive Chef. Chef Brandon has redesigned and introduced sumptuous dishes to the menu.  Some of these dishes include: Florida Rock Shrimp Mac’n’Cheese, Blue Crab and Spinach Dip, Pan Roasted Corvina and Shrimp & Grits. Moreover, he added a spectacular Sunday Brunch, which has become a favorite in South Florida.

To celebrate their ongoing success and to thank their loyal diners for their continued support, Trio on the Bay invites you to celebrate this momentous occasion. Gerry Kelly, Miami’s Nightlife Guru and Trio on the Bay’s Marketing Director, has prepared an amazing evening, full of surprises. The interior and exterior of Trio will be transformed into a high energy and vibrant locale with sets provided by 3DX. Entertainment will be provided by Hot Jam Entertainment and will showcase a bevy of stage show and performances throughout the night, Choreographed by non-other than, renowned Entertainment Producer, Pamela Canellas,

This spectacular evening will begin with the first dinner seating at 5:00 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy some of the classics that have made Trio on the Bay well-known, as well as taste the sumptuous, signature creations by executive Chef Brandon. The festivities will continue at 10:00 p.m. with red carpet entrances, an open, vodka bar, butler passed hors d’oeuvres and guests will dance until the early hours of the morning, as their very own resident DJ NYX, will provide the spinning sounds for the celebration.
