Haverhill, MA Single-family Home Prices, Sales Rise February 2012

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 14, 2012 - The median price and sales of single-family homes in Haverhill, Massachusetts increased in February 2012, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, the local multiple listing service.

Single-family homes prices rose 27.6 percent in February 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $51,000.  Single-family home sales in Haverhill, MA jumped 62.5 percent in February 2012, a difference of 10 sales compared to February 2011.  

In February 2012, the median price of condominiums decreased 15.1 percent, or $24,000 compared to February 2011.  Condo sales rose 16.7 percent in February 2012, a difference of just two sales.

Multi-family homes prices rose 22.6 percent in February 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $25,000.  Multi-family home sales rose 100 percent in February 2012, a difference of two sales compared to February 2011.
