The Irish pub for sale in Colorado was a perfect neighborhood bar waiting for new ownership according to the seller.  The Celtic House Pub in Parker operated for more than a decade with a massive gleaming wooden bar as the centerpiece of this local pub where everyone knows your name.  Online reviews show the bar has long held an excellent reputation for great Irish drinks and entertainment.
