The Dark Knight Rises T Shirt Contest

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 20, 2012 - Christopher Nolan, the writer/director/producer of The Dark Knight, will be choosing the final design winner. The contest starts now, and we will be accepting submissions until April 11th, 2012 at midnight. The top 5 t shirt designs will when big, $3500 for first place and 12 free t-shirts. Dark Knight Fans will have a chance to vote for their favorite entries. The contest is free to enter and designs will be judged on craftsmanship, line quality, concept and creativity. The pens, pencils and Wacom tablets are warming up for and excellent opportunity for design and fashion. The winners will be announced on April 30th, and the T Shirt will be available for sale shortly after.

•   1st Place: $3500 plus 12 shirts of artist choice
•   2nd Place: $3000 plus 12 shirts of artist choice
•   3rd Place: $2500 plus 12 shirts of artist choice
•   4th Place: $2000 plus 12 shirts of artist choice
•   5th Place: $1500 plus 12 shirts of artist choice
•   6th-10th – Option to sell artwork to DBH

Contest Deadlines

•   March 12th, 2011 - Official Dark Knight Rises contest begins
•   April 2nd, 2011 – Submission ends at midnight
•   April 9th, 2011 – Online voting ends
•   April 12th, 2011 – Winners are announced

Contest Guidelines

•   If the logo is to be used, artist must use the official The Dark Knight Rises mark
•   Batman, Catwoman, Bane and other Batman elements are allowed
•   Two-Face, The Joker or Scarecrow are not allowed and will be rejected
