Tranzit Magazine, the lifestyles publication features Supermodel and Philanthropist Alek Wek in "The Africa Issue" which demonstrates her overcoming being a victim of a brutal civil war in Sudan, fleeing to the UK as a refugee, and eventually becoming a UN Ambassador to many impoverished families and immigrants from Sudan and around the world - thus a motivational story for us all.
