Parents start the morning with an imagery vacation with Thea Pueschel, C.Ht. taking a meditative sojourn to a place of calm and focus with Kinesthetic Visualism. Returning feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed, followed by a brief tea and snack break to check in with their children. The morning retreat will then resume with a personalized yoga class by Kyle McGough, RYT-200.
Children start the morning with Alegra Franco creating green hearts combining plant seeds and clay to create a greener world. Followed by yoga with youth educator and kid’s yoga instructor Karen Kazanci, CYT. The educational part of the morning retreat will finish with Archetypal Imagery – Create Your Own Fairy Tale workshop with Thea Pueschel. The retreat will come to a close with Kid’s Yoga Pose Fashion Show displaying their favorite yoga poses for their parents.
This retreat is best suited for children ages 5+ and up. Online reservations are required http://www.hypnotiqsolutions.net . Participation fees: One parent and one child $125, $10 each additional child. Two parents and one child event price $200 and $10 each additional child. Event fee includes beverages and snacks for all and creative supplies for children.
