Follow on Google News | Boerne Acute Care Gives Back to the CommunityAs a way of giving back to the community, Boerne Acute Care contributes to local High Schools for Project Graduation 2012.
By: Boerne Acute Care Center “I believe it is important to give back to the community that supports our business. As a father of four, contributing to a worthy cause such as Project Graduation will help keep our children safe as they plan for the next step in their bright futures. It is reassuring to parents that graduates are celebrating their accomplishment in a controlled environment” Jimi Driskell , chairperson for both Boerne High School and Champion High School was so thrilled to be part of a wonderful initiative. Ms. Driskell states, “We are so grateful that Boerne Acute Care is willing to participate” Project Graduation’s campaign is a drug and alcohol free party exclusively for all Boerne ISD graduating seniors. The evening is filled with food, games, a casino, a DJ, prizes and more. It is a totally self supporting event and Boerne Acute Care is proud to be a part of it. The funding comes from outside the school, primarily from Corporate Sponsors and parent donations. It is an honor to be able to support a community that has been supporting Boerne Acute Care Center. Boerne Acute Care Center is located at 1421 S. Main. Their other four Pediatric (newborn to 21) offices are located in Schertz at 3009, Bandera Road and 1604, 281 At Evans Rd and SE Military Drive. All locations are open daily with extended evening hours. End
