Prior to being named partner, Williams served as a director at ScottMadden specializing in organization design and restructuring, operations improvement and process redesign, business planning, merger and acquisition integration, project and change management, and energy – fossil fleet management.

Prior to joining ScottMadden, Williams founded and operated The Landmark Group, a real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Beijing, China. Williams earned an M.B.A. with honors from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, a B.A. in political science from University of the South, and a certificate of honors in intensive Mandarin Chinese language study from Anhui Teachers University in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China.
