Seacoast Chevrolet of Ocean Township NJ Supports Second Life Bikes

March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Seacoast Chevrolet of Ocean Township New Jersey is joining together with Second Life Bikes of Asbury Park New Jersey for a Spring 2012 Bike Drive.

"Our goal, along with Second Life Bikes, is really simple. To get more people on bikes, especially young children" says Christopher DiFeo, Dealer Principal of Seacoast Chevy. Chris continues, "we think it is extremely important to support organizations such as Second Life Bikes in not only getting more people to ride their bikes for exercise, but to extend the usefulness of bikes that may be just sitting in someone’s garage".

Chris goes on to say, “For every bike you donate we will pick it up and give a free oil change.  Donate 4 or more bikes and Seacoast Chevrolet will make a donation to the charity of your choice.”

About Second Life Bikes

Second Life Bikes (formerly known as The Bike Church) is a biking community center in Asbury Park where people connect to each other, build skills, join group bike rides, learn bike safety, and create bike art and custom designs that can support new social enterprises.  Our mission is to get more people (especially youth) on bikes, more often, while encouraging people to repurpose old bikes and bike parts, rather than discard them.
