After months of futile efforts, the crew loses contact with Earth. Running out of supplies and hope, they sleep preparing for death, only to wake and find their shuttle is docked with a sophisticated spacecraft full of humans. Or are they humans? The rescuers are from the Planet Kaldea, which appears to be a twin of planet Earth. So starts the crew’s journey to another planet and to a civilization that is thousands of years more advanced than Earth.

Reminiscent of “The Twilight Zone,” the sci-fi epic The Twin asks: Are the Kaldeans friend or foe, making the astronauts prisoners or guests?
