Recruit with ZEAL Owners must be able to effectively manage a team of healthcare recruiters that ZEAL recruits and trains for them. The Recruit with ZEAL Owner provides their team of healthcare recruiters with healthcare candidate leads, online marketing support and sales assistance to stay on course in making medical and healthcare placements.

On every healthcare recruiting placement made, the Recruit with ZEAL Owner retains 50% of the recruiting fee (the recruiter keeps 40% and Recruit with ZEAL makes 10%). That also means that on the typical $20,000 healthcare recruiting placement, the Owner makes $10,000.

Recruit with ZEAL currently has more “Recruiters” than can be accommodated with the current population of Recruit with ZEAL Owners. Recruit with ZEAL has created an incentive to attract new Owners.

ZEAL Owners who sign up and participate in Recruit with ZEAL Owner training March 24-25th will receive some unique benefits:

Immediate team of ten healthcare recruiters to manage
Candidate and client leads provided by Recruit with ZEAL for first three months
Ability to “shadow” a ZEAL Owner with minimum of $200,000 annual revenue

In addition, instead of paying the normal fee to become a Recruit with ZEAL Owner, those that join before March 24th will pay only half with the balance coming out of initial placements.

Recruit with ZEAL Owners still must qualify by speaking with and be recommended by an existing ZEAL Owner. In addition to the extra benefits above the ZEAL Owner still receives:

Training in healthcare specialty of choice
Complete training in the healthcare recruiting process
Contracts, scripts and forms
Detailed start-up plan
Custom online marketing work
Extensive ongoing support
Management guidance
Ten salespeople (Recruiters) from Recruit with ZEAL

As part of this incentive package, Recruit with ZEAL Owners attending the March 24-25 Training will be partnered with a successful ZEAL Owner that has closed a minimum of $200,000 in annual business.

These “Mentors” will also provide the new Recruit with ZEAL Owner client contracts to work on.
