Ingram Micro Canada VTN gives back

March 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Ingram Micro VentureTech Network recently concluded its semi-annual chapter meetings across Canada.  Twice a year Ingram Micro leadership meets with the individual VTN chapters that make-up the Canadian VTN organization. In these first meetings of 2012, the chapters joined Ingram Micro in raising funds in support of the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
T-shirts were generously donated by Cisco Canada and sold at the chapter events. Almost $1,600.00 was raised amongst the three chapters- Fleur de Lys-Quebec , Maple Leaf chapter-Ontario and Eastern Canada the Wild West chapter-Western Canada.
According to the co-president of the Wild West chapter and president of Protocol Technologies, Todd Hanna, “The spirit of the VTN always shines through for worthy charitable causes.  Supporting the Breast Cancer Society of Canada at our recent Wild West Chapter Meeting not only helped raise money but raised our hearts and spirits.  Thank you to Ingram Micro and Cisco Canada for giving us the opportunity to be involved with a cause that has touched all of us in some way”.
The spirit of giving, sharing and working together has been the foundation to success for Ingram Micro VTN and VTN members.
