The Hotel Hanford to Host Adobe Guadalupe Wine Dinner

March 15, 2012 - PRLog -- The Hotel Hanford, Costa Mesa’s newest and most upscale boutique hotel, announced today that it will host its “Adobe Guadalupe Wine Dinner” on Thursday, March 29, 2012, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Savoy Restaurant. Special hosts Donald and Tru Miller - owners of the Adobe Guadalupe Vineyards - will present wines that introduce the flavors of Baja California to the dinner’s attendees.

“Guests will have the opportunity to taste an eclectic variety of main courses ranging from anchovies and smoked squab to lamb belly and ‘pig ears’,” said Cyrille Hanson, The Hotel Hanford’s wine director. “The paired wines for this menu include the 2009 Gabriel, 2005 Miguel, 2009 Kerubiel, and 2009 Raphael, which embody the myriad taste profiles of the Mexican wine region.”

Attendees of the “Adobe Guadalupe Wine Dinner” will develop a new respect for the wines from South of the border. In addition to the exceptional variety of Mexican wines, the event will preview some of the savory culinary delights that complement each vintage.
