According to Lloyd’s Risk Index, a poll of 500 C-suite and board-level executives, researchers found that “talent and skill shortages” are the second-highest risk factors facing businesses. However, the challenge of recruiting qualified talent continues to escalate rather than diminish. Despite a large pool of unemployed workers, each employer has its own distinct requirements and needs to find the right person – not just any person.
