The repair process has been simplified down to three steps; Damage Evaluation, Repair Process & Vehicle Pick-up, with Valley Collision Center & Farmers working together it’s just that easy to depend on us to help you through difficult times.
After an accident you will be required to file a claim with your Farmers Insurance agent. If the accident was significant enough to require it to be towed away it can be towed directly to Valley Collision Center immediately after the accident. If the accident is a minor incident where your vehicle is operable you are able to either drive your vehicle straight to Valley Collision Center or at your convenience schedule a later date to drop off the vehicle.
After the vehicle arrives at our automotive repair shop an inspection will be completed on the vehicle’s damage, an estimate of the cost of repairs will be provided for you with a comprehensive explanation of the repair process and the estimated time frame of completion.  We inspect the vehicles thoroughly to ensure that the repairs are completed correctly and efficiently, if there is additional damage directly related to the claim Valley Collision Center will repair the additional damage and notify you if it effects the completion date. Valley Collision Center wants to ensure complete satisfaction and will agree with you on a preferred method of contact and preferences for updates about repairs.
After the repairs have been completed your vehicle will undergo an extensive check for any issues that might have been overlooked so that we can ensure exceptional automotive repairs. We understand no one knows your vehicle as well as you do and when you pick up the vehicle if there is anything you may feel has been over looked we will correct it promptly. As with any auto repair completed at Valley Collision Center, we guarantee work performed as long as you own the vehicle.
