proMX Strengthens International Presence with Participation at Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2012

March 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Nuremberg: Once again the team from Nuremberg-based system integrators, proMX will be packing their bags for Convergence in Houston, Texas. The 2011 winners of the “Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Solution of the Year Awards“  will be present at the preeminent international event in the Microsoft Dynamic calender. proMX GmbH will once again this year be underlining its position as one of the leading companies in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM sector. ProMX' highlight will be the new release of its sales, resource and project-management business solution, proRM 2013, the basic model of which can be used by up to five licensed users for free. The latest generation offers new module functions, such as Project Planning and Project Controlling. The proRM Basic Module is, amongst other things, a  License Manager, an expanded Time Tracking application with Calendar viewing, and a  Billing-Assistant.

The New Module - proRM 2013:

- Project Planning – The module offers a clear planning of the project structure. In addition, the tasks of the employees can be seen in real-time and amended. A 'traffic-light' system ensures, as early as the planning phase, a flagging of possible capacity problems and allows for a timely amendment.  

- Project Controlling – These components offer a continual control and oversight of a project's status and the staff assigned to it. At the same time, the estimated amount of work remaining to each employee, as based upon original time estimates, will be monitored and taken into consideration. This allows for a detailed project control function, enabling an early identification of problem factors and  the ability to react in good time.

New Functions in the  proRM 2013 Basic Module:

- License Manager – A user-friendly tool to import and manage the License Key.

- Invoicing Wizard – A billing / invoicing assistant for the simple and clear drawing-up of invoices (including the entered hours of staff).

- New Time Tracking Client with Schedule Controller – An improved Time-Tracking function in Outlook style, to allow intuitive use.

- New Workload – A clearer capacity utilization overview, allowing for an optimization of project staff allocation.
