ZimExpo USA continues in 2012 to build on 10th Anniversary success.

March 14, 2012 - PRLog -- In 2011, ZimExpo events held in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom drew record crowds as ZimExpo continues to be regarded as the largest gathering of Zimbabweans in the diaspora. ZimExpo’s mission is to support the work of individuals and Zimbabwean business owners seeking creative solutions to business problems by sharing innovative programs and policies through conferences with  high level policy makers and business entrepreneurs. The business forums will have speakers, exhibitors and various companies and organizations presenting investment opportunities in Zimbabwe.

Two nonprofit organizations will be the recipients of proceeds from the Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, May 25th. Munhu (http://www.munhu.org) and Seeds of Africa Foundation "Purchase a brick for $1" campaign ( http://seedsofafrica.com), are seeking funds for their programs that benefit children and youth in Zimbabwe – please come out and show your support!

Other activities include a business expo, safari, travel and cultural expo, soccer tournament and gospel concert. Upcoming rapper Scarzz, an independent lyricist from Zimbabwe will perform live during Miss Zimbabwe USA on Saturday May 26th. Scarzz has opened for artists like J. Cole, Dorrough, and Young City. His music brings a unique sound to the hip-hop world with African inspired concepts.

The location for ZimExpo USA 2012 will be the Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park, 4810 Page Creek Lane, Durham, North Carolina, USA 27703.
