Country Club Members of Toll Brothers’ Golf and Country Club Division Unite to Fight Cancer

March 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Horsham, PA - March 2011 - Toll Brothers,  the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, and Toll Golf, the Golf and Country Club Division of Toll Brothers, are proud to announce that members within their 10 country clubs contributed to the success of another impressive donation of over $121, 539 to the American Cancer Society, as part of the division-wide initiative.

Ten-thousand members throughout Toll Golf’s country club communities in CA, FL, NC, SC and VA were asked to attend golf tournaments, social events, and races to support and raise money for the American Cancer Society. “The unique relationship that is shared between our clubs and their members is never more evident than when they unite in support of an important cause,” said Dave Richey, President of Toll Golf and Country Club Division of Toll Brothers.

The American Cancer Society is honored throughout Toll Brothers’ company-wide fundraising events, one of which this year included a silent e-mail auction. Both auction items that were sent to Toll Brothers’ entire company network, were bid on and sold to Toll Golf country club members at Jupiter Country Club and Mountain View Country Club. “Our members’ generosity is unwavering, year after year,” said Richey.  “That’s what we advocate – that our clubs are a place to come together. What better way than in the fight against cancer?”
