If you have a heart condition it strongly recommended to have prescription through your physician. What Happens Next? Once you're in touch with your coordinator, your regional sports trust will offer you the following: Advice on the benefits of being active help with finding suitable activities in your community introductions to people with similar interests to yourself help with keeping an eye on your progress keeping you up to date through a regular newsletter What Does It Cost? This is free service for everyone and is well worth the time it takes to find out about it. Benefits of Green Prescription A research study published in New Zealand Medical Journal concluded that Green Prescription program is less expensive yet highly effective to improve patients' life naturally.
