Dispute Resolution Services Come To Havant

March 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Sarah Barker-Benfield, an Associate Solicitor who has been with Glanvilles for a number of years in the Fareham office, has relocated to our Langstone Gate office upon her return from maternity leave.

She brings with her a wealth of litigation experience in areas including Contractual disputes, debt recovery (including insolvency options), various consumer issues, Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant property issues, Boundary or rights of way problems, Professional Negligence claims, Insolvency claims and disputed Wills and Inheritance claims.  She is assisted by her colleagues Gemma Cook and John Arman in the Glanvilles Fareham and Isle of Wight offices respectively, who also provide Employment advice for both employers and employees including compromise agreements, terms of business and work practice reviews, and Insolvency advice.
