Mr. Fleming was honored for his work representing clients in business litigation matters. Mr. Hartley and Mr. Silvas earned high marks for their work in civil litigation defense.
Donald E. Godwin, Chairman and CEO of Godwin Ronquillo, notes, “I have to agree with those in the legal community who voted for these five young attorneys. They are truly among the very best legal talent in this state, regardless of age or experience."
Texas Rising Stars selections are based on peer nominations and are limited to those lawyers who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing law for fewer than 10 years. Overall, only 2.5 percent of eligible Texas attorneys received the Rising Stars honor. The complete 2012 Texas Rising Stars list is featured in the April issue of Texas Monthly magazine.
