March 13, 2012 - PRLog -- On Saturday, March 10th, Congressional Candidate Vance Patterson delivered his platform at the Caldwell County GOP Dinner. Patterson is a neighbor of Caldwell County, living about 20 minutes away in Morganton, NC.
