iGlobalWellness launches Stay Active 2012 inspired by Olympic events

March 13, 2012 - PRLog -- LONDON, UK – Wellness services provider iGlobalWellness is this week launching a series of special employee wellness challenges inspired by the London 2012 Olympics.

As the world’s finest athletes prepare for the greatest sporting event on earth this summer, iGlobalWellness is offering every company in Britain the chance to help their staff become more active.

Battling against teams of employees from companies all over Britain, participants will compete to increase their activity levels by taking part in a series of weekly 2012 mini challenges inspired by Olympic events. Participants will compete to win events such the Long Jump, the 100m Relay and the Triathlon. Success in all events will be measured by the iGlobalWellness advanced activity monitoring system.

iGlobalWellness chairman and three-time Olympian David Moorcroft will reward Stay Active 2012 champions once they successfully complete a challenge.

Clients already signed up for Stay Active 2012 include Sheffield University, Panasonic and Deloitte. Panasonic is also a worldwide Olympic partner and Deloitte is a London 2012 official Olympic supporter.
