Jeff Spenard, CEO and President of the VoiceAmerica Network added “I am very happy to be involved in such a tremendous opportunity for these very special and talented kids. VoiceAmerica is proud to be part of “Step Up To The Microphone.”

Kids X-Press Founder and Publisher Nivia Viera said with regard to their support “Writing songs is a powerful way for kids to communicate about their world. We are thrilled to support this contest that encourages self-expression through music and lyrics through our publication and website.”

“We are so excited to participate in this incredible opportunity.  Our work with K-12 students will allow the triple threat winner to stay focused on the important fourth threat: success in school.  We look forward to having the winner join our Horizons family!” said Leah Kimmet, Executive Director, Horizons Program at the New Canaan Country School
