Dangling 100ft off the Central Service building at Huddersfield University for charity!

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 12, 2012 - Frances Clarke, MD of TFMC Huddersfield, put her fears aside to make a difference to the children of ‘The Forget me not Hospice’ as she joined around 80 other people and abseiled 100ft off the Central Services Building at Huddersfield University on Thursday 8th March 2012.

Frances said “my mouth volunteered me for this challenge before my brain had caught up!  A massive thank you for all of your sponsorship and good wishes, it really is appreciated.” Frances jokingly said “I am back in the office now, it’s much safer here. NEVER again will I be dangling from any buildings, whatever the cause, and I mean never.”

The Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice exists to give vital support to children with a life limiting or life threatening condition, and their families across Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield. There are more than 400 children and families in Kirklees, Calderdale & Wakefield who need the help the hospice offers.
