The Webley brand came into being in 2002, while Richard and Nelson were in high school. They began stenciling shirts just for fun. They continued painting shirts through high school, college, and into their early careers. They refined their technique and tested different combinations of paints and fabrics.

For almost a decade, friends, family members, and strangers have asked where they can buy the uniquely-styled tee-shirts. Although the pair gave some shirts away as gifts and sold a few one-offs, the stenciled shirts were never available for sale to the general public.

Webley Clothing, LLC was formally incorporated in late 2011. Now, after half a year of learning ecommerce, social media, HTML, and SEO, Richard and Nelson have finally launched the website!
