Leadership Training Class To Be Held in San Diego, Calif.

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 12, 2012 - SOLANA BEACH, CA -- Gordon Training International (GTI) will conduct a train-the-trainer workshop for their leadership training program, Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) in San Diego, April 30-May 3.  

Those who work in human resources, organizational development and training & development can become certified by attending this workshop and completing the certification process. The skills taught in this program are time tested and proven to world around.

The foundations of the L.E.T. program were actually developed by Dr. Thomas Gordon in 1955.  In 1977, after the release of the L.E.T. book, Dr. Gordon then developed a workshop based on the text.  He’s most well know for his parenting program, Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.).  

G.T.I. is celebrating 50 years in the industry and is continuing to spread the Gordon models for better communication across the globe.
