ISITC Europe extends relationship with Aspectus PR

March 9, 2012 - PRLog -- London, 9 March 2012 - ISITC Europe, the industry group dedicated to improving the operational efficiency of the capital markets industry, has appointed Aspectus PR’s Financial Services practice to raise its profile across financial services media and support in the marketing of its quarterly events.  

ISITC Europe’s mission is to develop standards and market practices that will enhance operational efficiency across the wholesale financial services industry. Its events bring together members to discuss the most prevalent issues facing the industry from panel debates on T+2, Confirmation and Matching, and regulatory pressures to group discussions on reference data and the importance of LEI.

Aspectus first started working with ISITC Europe last year, initially to enhance media relations through thought leadership content and then, to market the most important event in its calendar – the AGM. Aspectus delivered an organised communications campaign based on the industry issues at the heart of the event including, MiFID II and the development of LEI.

By generating coverage through press releases, bylined articles and an interview campaign, Aspectus succeeded in raising awareness of ISITC Europe and its AGM. The result was a surge in attendee numbers (both industry and press) and an increase in the numbers signing up to become ISITC Europe members.
